• Voice messages — audio recordings you voluntarily submit through our contact form

We do not purchase data from third parties. We do not build advertising profiles.

• Anthropic — AI processing for our chatbot services (data processed per our DPA)
• Hetzner — server infrastructure (Germany, EU)

All processors are bound by data processing agreements and comply with GDPR requirements.

Data retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Contact form data is retained for up to 24 months. Newsletter subscriptions remain active until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion at any time.
