By accessing or using acelero.ai (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Website is operated by Acelero Technologies SL, registered in Valencia, Spain. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Website.

Services

Acelero provides AI-powered business automation consulting and implementation services, including but not limited to: custom AI integrations, chatbot development, process automation, and technical consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual service agreements between Acelero and each client.

Intellectual property

The Website and its content — including text, design, logos, graphics, and code — are the property of Acelero Technologies SL and are protected by intellectual property laws.

For client projects: ownership of deliverables is defined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive full ownership of custom code and configurations developed specifically for them upon final payment.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when using our contact forms
• Do not attempt to interfere with or compromise the Website’s security
• Do not use the Website for unlawful purposes
• Do not scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Website without permission

Limitation of liability
