Yes, if you decide to buy new e-bike after renting, your first rental day will be free.
Yes, we require a refundable deposit of €200 per bike, which will be returned after the bike is checked for damage.
Each rental includes a helmet, lock, phone holder and charging cable. Additional accessories (child seats, baskets) are available for a small fee.
Depending on the model, our bikes can travel up to 80 km on a single charge.
You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before the start of your rental. Please contact us for assistance.
If you experience any issues with the bike, contact us immediately. We’ll provide support or arrange a replacement.
