1. How fast does the ENGWE ZIP go?
The ENGWE ZIP is EU-legal with a maximum assisted speed of 25 km/h, CE certified (EN 15194) by TÜV.
2. How long does it take to charge?
With the included 100W GaN USB-C fast charger (PD 3.0), the 360Wh battery charges significantly faster than traditional chargers. The battery also supports USB-C discharging — use it as a portable power bank.
3. Can I ride it in the rain?
Yes! Comprehensive waterproofing: IPX7 wiring, IPX6 display and lights, IPX5 motor, controller, and battery.
4. Is it legal to ride in Spain/EU?
Yes. Fully CE certified (EN 15194) by TÜV. 250W motor, 25 km/h limit. No license, registration, or insurance required.
5. What are the folded dimensions?
625 (L) x 673 (H) x 374 (W) mm — about the size of 20-inch luggage. Triple-fold in just 3 seconds.
6. Order processing and shipping
Shipping: in stock, 1–2 working days from our warehouse in Spain (up to 8 days if it ships from another warehouse). Free shipping from €500 to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
7. Warranty
Official 3-year warranty at our service centres in Spain: this is the three-year legal guarantee, and we handle it ourselves (Spanish consumer law, art. 120 TRLGDCU); plus ENGWE Spain's commercial warranty by component (frame up to 36 months, battery 12 months; Terms and Conditions §7.2). Our own workshops in Valencia and Barcelona.
